     Rock Your Socks in Support of Down Syndrome

     

    Every year on March 21, people all around the world come together to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day by wearing brightly colored, mismatched socks. March 21 is symbolic because people with Down syndrome have 3 copies of their 21st chromosome.

WE ARE A UNIFORM SCHOOL

 students dressed in school uniform 

  • TOPS: Long or short sleeve three-button polo shirts or solid t-shirt in navy, white, light blue or black. No logos.
  • BOTTOMS: Slacks, leggings, sweats, skirts, skorts or walking shorts (to the knee) in solid navy, khaki or black SHOES: Safe, sturdy footwear; NO sandals, flip flops, slides or open toe shoes.

ALL STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ON TIME AND IN UNIFORM EVERYDAY

REGULAR SCHOOL HOURS

SCHOOL HOURS GRADES 3K - 8TH GRADE  Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 2:20 P.M.

3K, 4K, K: Enter and Exit through classroom doors.

GRADES 1 & 2 & 3: Enter through exit 8 on side school yard (gate closest to 158th Ave. on 99th St.) Dismissal will be through the large School Yard.

GRADE 4 : Enter through the Main Entrance Door. Dismissal will be through 98th Street large School Yard.

GRADE 5: Enter through the Main Entrance Door.  Dismissal will be through the 159th Street exit.

GRADE 6: Enter through the Main  Entrance Door. Dismissal will be through the 159th Street exit.

GRADES 7 & 8: Enter  and exit through the main door on 99th Street.

 

Grades 1-5 many start entering the building at 7:40 if they want breakfast. Grades 6-8 will be able to have a grab & go breakfast.
