NYC SCHOOL SURVEY 2021
IT’S SURVEY TIME!
What survey? – The NYC School Learning Environment Survey - You know that green envelope schools distribute to families every year. Well guess what, no more green envelopes, no codes, no mailing! That's right, this year the survey is all done online. All you need is your child's student ID# (OSIS). That's it, it's as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Just click on this LINK to access the survey, enter the letter "f" (lowercase) and your child's OSIS# and take the survey. Please complete the individual survey for each of your children. The survey window is open from May 10th through June 11th.
The purpose of the survey is to collect vital information about the school’s capacity to improve student achievement by measuring the extent to which each school incorporates the six essential elements: Rigorous Instruction, Supportive Environment, Collaborative Teachers, Effective School Leadership, Strong Family and Community Ties, and Trust, that drive school improvement and develop students to compete in the 21st century.
The survey is completely confidential! Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have or if you need any assistance accessing the survey. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It is greatly appreciated.
